Refund policy

30-day returns
You can return an item within 30 days of the delivery date.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and clean
- In their original packaging
- Complete, with all included parts and accessories (such as the litter scoop)
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns of litter boxes or other items that have been used by a pet, unless the item is damaged or defective.
How to start a return
Email support@pawisha.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without instructions may not be processed.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, you're responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit. Because your original shipping was free, nothing is deducted from your refund for it. There is no restocking fee.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll make it right at no cost to you with a prepaid return label, a replacement, or a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received an approved refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us and we'll help.
